Buddhism affirms our potential to grow. You can become more, much more, than you think you are. You can become wiser, happier, and more alive. You can be deeply in communication with other people and have a greater affinity for the natural world and make a positive impact on those around you.
If you're new to meditation or Buddhism, this four-week course will introduce you to key principles and practices in a friendly context.
By learning how to meditate, you will be able to cultivate more self-awareness, open-heartedness and insight. By reflecting on how the Buddha's teachings are relevant to your life, you will gain glimpses of a more expansive vision and tools that can benefit you for many years to come.
This course is ideal for understanding the wider context and purpose of Buddhist practice, and where meditation fits in. We run these courses on a regular basis and you can now book in advance.
